Interim Executive Director

Clark Kline is the visionary behind SilverVox and co-founder of the celebrated 72 Film Fest, which has been a cornerstone of Frederick’s creative community for 20 years. With decades of experience in the arts, Clark has dedicated his career to fostering innovative storytelling and building vibrant connections between artists and audiences. As Interim Executive Director of SilverVox, he leads with a passion for creativity, guiding the organization’s mission to elevate film, music, and theater in Frederick and beyond. Under his leadership, SilverVox is poised to become a hub for artistic excellence and a beacon for emerging talent.

Carrie Delente

Board Chair

Carrie Delente brings extensive leadership and arts advocacy experience to her role as Board Chair of SilverVox. She has served as Board President for the Weinberg Center for the Arts and the 15 Square Board, now New Spire Arts Stages, where she championed the growth of Frederick’s cultural community. With a history of serving on numerous boards, Carrie combines strategic vision with a deep commitment to fostering creativity and innovation, positioning SilverVox to thrive as a hub for film, music, and theater.

Tim DeFoggi

Vice President

Tim DeFoggi has been involved with the 72 Film Fest since its earliest days, starting as a volunteer and becoming a dedicated member of the team six years into the organization’s journey. In year three, Tim met his wife while they were both volunteering for the festival, making his connection to the event even more personal and meaningful. Passionate about empowering filmmakers, Tim loves inspiring artists to create and takes pride in helping them grow over the years. With extensive experience in the technology sector, Tim is the driving force behind SilverVox’s online submission technology, ensuring smooth operations and innovative tools that support the creative community.

Brad Eberhardt

Treasurer

Brad Eberhardt brings a wealth of experience in marketing and business development to his role as Treasurer of SilverVox. With a career that began in media production for the government, Brad combines his strategic expertise with a passion for supporting the arts. His financial acumen and professional background make him a vital asset to the organization, helping to ensure SilverVox’s continued growth and sustainability.

Brennen Sadowski

Secretary

Brennen Sadowski brings a passion for the arts and a background in fine art and digital media to his role as Secretary of SilverVox. A dedicated volunteer with the 72 Film Fest for the past two years, Brennen is committed to supporting and celebrating creativity in the community. His experience and enthusiasm for the arts make him an invaluable part of the SilverVox team.

Walter Chalkley

Walter Chalkley has been committed to bringing film and music to Frederick since the 1990s. First as a part of the Weinberg Center’s movietime committee, then as co-director of the nonprofit film organization CinemArts which screened over 150 independent and international films and was a partner in the first 72 Film Fest. Walter was also the director of the Frederick Film Festival (The F3) – an international film and music festival – and the Maryland International Kids FilmFest which featured international children’s films and animation workshops. He aims to bring that commitment to film presentation and support to SilverVox.  

J.T. Smith

Kate Costlow

Kate has been deeply involved in the arts community for most of her life.  After a career as a professional ballet dancer, she channeled her energy toward a career in finance.  Kate was a Wealth Advisor, Senior Portfolio Manager, and Branch Manager at Morgan Stanley before retiring in 2023.  Kate was named a Forbes Top Female Advisor.  She has served on the boards of Maryland Theater, Frederick Arts Council, Kennedy Center (Farrell Ballet), and Chamber Dance Project DC, among many others.  Her expertise in philanthropy and her passion for dance, music and film will be put to good use at SilverVox. 

Dan Silver

Dan Silver is a commercial record producer and the Head of Music and Curator for the SilverVox Film and Music Festival. A recent Los Angeles transplant with deep roots in the industry, he brings a holistic, artist-centric vision to programming. Drawing from decades of experience in music production, sync, and live events, including co-founding Austin’s renowned Southwest Invasion festival, his mission is to create genuine moments of connectivity. Silver curates powerful lineups where legends feel at home and new artists are launched, believing that an unparalleled artist experience is the direct fuel for an incredible audience experience.
