This multi-day, multi-venue experience is showcased at the historic Weinberg Center, New Spire Arts, YAAC, Frederick Center, Warehouse Cinemas and vibrant spaces across downtown transforming the city into a live canvas of storytelling and sound.

Volunteer Sign Up
Venue Support – Assist patrons at venues, crowd control, and information
Registration – Ticketing, checking in guests, distributing wristbands/guides, answering festival questions
Admin / Office Support– Office tasks, overseeing inventory for info desks, liaison between departments
Merchandise – Manage the merch booth (t-shirts, posters, etc.), handle inventory, restock displays
Transportation– Coordinate shuttle runs and pickups for artists and guests, assist with scheduling, and keep detailed travel logs.
Hospitality – Welcome and assist VIPs, maintain hospitality spaces, support meals, and handle guest requests.
Food Services – Support food services workers, assist with monitoring food spaces
Marketing and Social – Shooting content and driving engagement on social media platforms
Photography and Video – Photograph events and guests, cover press events and panels, and support film and music coverage.
Film and Music Support – Assist talent, manage VIP tickets, usher screenings, run gear, support green rooms, and provide IT/tech help
